Emenu - Store Owner Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the Emenu web application as a store owner ("Store Owner"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Emenu platform.

Registration and Account.

a. To become a Store Owner on Emenu, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Store Management.

a. As a Store Owner, you are responsible for managing your store's information, menu, pricing, and availability on the Emenu platform.

b. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your store and products.

Order Management.

a.You agree to promptly fulfill and deliver orders placed by customers through the Emenu platform.

b. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of order details, including delivery addresses and requested items.

Payment and Fees

a. Emenu may collect fees or commissions on orders placed through the platform. The applicable fees and payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and Emenu.

b. You agree to comply with Emenu's payment policies and procedures.

Customer Interaction.

a. You shall treat customers with respect and provide high-quality customer service.

b. You shall resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes promptly and professionally.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations.

a. As a Store Owner, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to food preparation, safety, and hygiene.

b. You shall not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities on the Emenu platform.


Intellectual Property.

a. Emenu respects intellectual property rights. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to use any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials associated with your store on the Emenu platform

.b. You shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Termination.

a. Emenu reserves the right to terminate your Store Owner account at any time and for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

b. Upon termination, you shall cease using the Emenu platform and remove any references to Emenu from your store's materials.

Payment

a. You agree to pay for orders placed through the Emenu platform using the available payment methods

Reviews and Feedback

a. You may have the opportunity to provide reviews and feedback on Store Owners and their products
